This notice explains what Prospects Desk does with the details you give us through this site. We have kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We do not collect anything else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean replying to a question or preparing the buyer map you asked for. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask us for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months, so we have the context if you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are seen only by the people at Prospects Desk who handle your request. We do not sell your details, and we do not rent or trade them to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. We do not follow you around the web.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Write to angela.robinson@prospectsdesk.co, or send a note through our contact form, and we will take care of it. If you ever reply to us with the word stop, we will not contact you again.
